Oh my goodness, my blog is officially one year old!
It’s been a long crazy year, and I’m so proud of what my blog has become since I started this journey. Time really flies by.
When I started this blog, I didn’t have much time and I maybe put out 1-3 posts per month. In the beginning, I didn’t expect much at all and just worked on my blog when I had some extra time. To be honest, I didn’t think it would go anywhere, but I’m so glad I was wrong.
Starting a blog had been on my to-do list for many years, and one night I just went for it.
Some of my posts have gone viral and I am now writing 1-2 posts per week and getting a lot more content published. Towards the end of 2022, I started to get more serious with my blog and I am going into 2023 with big plans for it.
If you are thinking of blogging but are nervous, don’t be and go for it.
Blogging is hard, and it takes a long time to get to where you want to be, but we ALL start at square one. At first, it seems like you are just writing for yourself, but you have to keep going and not give up because it will pay off.
Having a blog can be beneficial for so many reasons. I wanted to start a blog to give more exposure to my art business, improve my writing, learn new things, and help others. There are so many pros to having a blog, and I absolutely love it.
