Hey everyone! I decided to write a post on art supplies I’m currently loving.
I have many art supplies, and I’m always trying out new materials to find the next best thing, but there will always be items I cannot live without.
In this post, I’ll simply share my favorites to possibly inspire you to try out some new materials!
My Current Favorite Art Supplies
Because this always changes as I go through waves of loving one thing to another as a multi-media artist. 😉

If you want to check out my full list of art supplies I love to use, check out my Amazon Storefront! I try to update it often when I get new supplies.
Arches watercolor paper will always be a favorite. Is paper considered supplies? I think so… but it’s simply the best and EXCELLENT paper to have if you paint with watercolors. It’s expensive, but it makes painting with watercolors a much more pleasant experience. It’s hard for me to paint on cheaper paper now because I’m so used to the results I get with Arches!
Watercolor is my main medium nowadays so it makes sense that watercolor paint is in my top art supply list. But I wanted to share this Daniel Smith set that I love! This year I updated my watercolor palette to all Daniel Smith Watercolors and I use this set along with several other colors.
These white gel pens have been my go-to art supplies for the past year. I’m always using them for highlights in my watercolor paintings or writing with them on darker paper. I bought a bunch of packs to have on hand because I use them so much!
I got Ohuhu Markers earlier this year, and they have been a fun art supply that I’ve enjoyed using! Great for drawing, journaling, coloring, mixed-media, etc, these markers are high-quality and worth the price.
I got these water-soluble “crayons” last year and they’ve been a dream to use. There are so many uses to them! Check out my review post here for more information on their uses.

What are your favorite art supplies?
As I mentioned, I go through phases with new favorites as I discover new things and change as an artist. 🙂
I’ll always have my classic favs, but it’s fun to try new things and experiment.
Thanks for reading!
