Hello world and welcome! Running a blog has been a dream for many years and I’m so excited to create my first post and go on this journey. I’m Amanda, and I call myself the green artist and am the creative director behind Green Artist Designs, which is my online art shop and boutique. I’m inspired by nature, fairy tales, and the magic in everyday life. Currently I sell my art work, unique items and other gifts like crystals, jewelry, and candles, and so much more! If you are interested in checking out my shop, click here.

I’ve been running my online art business for quite a few years now, and while I have a small blog there, I wanted a site purely dedicated to writing and sharing experiences. I will definitely share things from my business every now and then, but I created this space as basically a journal and to share my interests with the world.

Who Am I?

I’m an artist, graphic designer, photographer, marketer, art educator, dreamer, dog mom, aspiring writer, licensed hair dresser & makeup artist, plus have a trillion and one more interests as well. I love crystals, plants, the moon, organizing, paying off debt, thinking outside the box, Broadway shows, art history, reading, learning, sunflowers, fall time, and more. My mind is always all over the place!

I’ve always had an interest in writing, and since I was a kid I would fill notebooks out completely with stories and little poems. Recently I’ve been working on a few novels that have been brewing in my head for years. Creating this blog seems like it will help me write a little something everyday which will ultimately help me grow in the end.

My business has been doing pretty well over the past few years, but I’m ready to take it to the next level and accomplish some other personal goals. I know blogging will help hold me accountable with my goals. Reaching readers who are in similar boats and have interests like me would be amazing too.

Here is what I want to accomplish in 2022:

1. Make my art business a full time income

2. Plan out my fantasy/romance novel and write a successful first draft

3. Make this blog successful and reach some awesome readers

4. Take better care of myself

5. Pay off more student loans

6. Sit back and not forget to enjoy life

2022 is the year I get stuff done. ✨Manifesting it!✨

I hope you stay around to read more of my future posts because I have so many ideas for this blog and I am so excited to see where this new journey takes me. I just wrote out a list of a bunch of blog post ideas, and I think you’ll like some of the topics. If you have any ideas for me to write, let me know in the comments! Or if you have goals for 2022 as well, I’d love to hear. Let’s manifest our goals together.

Check out my shop at here and let me know what you think! I have so many items available, and I’m proud of where my website is currently and have many new things in the works. Thanks so much for reading this far and talk to you soon!

See you next time,

Amanda
