Looks like I never got around to my November & December recaps, and I can’t remember what happened anyway so we’ll start fresh with January 2025.
Yay for the first month of the year to be over with! I really dread these beginning months because they are so gloomy and blah. One month down of the year means closer to sunshine and happiness.
January Highlights
This month felt long, but I had the chance to focus on my business and what I want to accomplish in the new year.
I sold this original wood burning this month! And have sold some watercolor originals as well.
One of my plans this year is to make more original art to list on my website. I also need to list a bunch of originals I have lying around as well. My studio is a tiny bedroom and I definitely don’t have the space to store lots of art. 🙂
Favorite Purchases
Goodnight Moon is one of my baby’s favorite books right now, and last week we found a Goodnight Moon game at Goodwill! Even though he’s still too young for it, I had to grab it for the future. 🙂
I love the moon and my baby loves the moon so when I saw this custom moon phase necklace I knew I had to get one for his birth date. It’s the exact moon phase from the day my son was born. 🙂 So cute and a great gift idea!
Art I’ve Created
I’ve been creating A LOT of art. I started a challenge on January 1st to paint a watercolor landscape every single day for 100 days. And I haven’t missed a day! Read more about my challenge below.
