This post is my review of the Meeden paint brush cleaner.
I had no idea something like this existed! This brush cleaner is great for hobbyists and professional artists.

It’s one of those items where you don’t technically need it, but it can make your life easier. And I’m all about making life easier when you can.

Meeden Paint Brush Cleaner Review
The Meeden foldable brush washer is essentially a circulation system that ensures you always have clean water when painting. As a watercolor artist, this is a lifesaver!

When the water gets dirty, you press the orange lever, and the dirty water goes to the bottom. It then refills with clean water. Pretty simple!

I usually use a mason jar for my paint water; it has worked fine for years and doesn’t take up much space, but it can get annoying to constantly clean it out. I will admit I use semi-dirty water most of the time because I don’t want to keep getting fresh water… haha.
But now my problems are solved! 🙂
This brush cleaner would be ideal for a long painting session. It’s convenient because you don’t have to keep going to the sink and dumping out your water cup.
Another great feature of this brush washer is that it has a brush storage handle!

There are no cons to this brush washer in my opinion, but be cautious where you set it on your workspace. It needs to be on a flat surface, or the water can leak.
Overall, I would recommend this product to anyone interested.
Have you ever heard of a paintbrush cleaner before? Do you use one? What do you use to clean your watercolor brushes? I’d love to hear in the comment section below. 🙂
Thanks for reading!
