Can you believe 2023 is over?! What a year!
December Highlights
December was such a great month for my business. I had sales every day and my blog traffic skyrocketed. It is so satisfying when years of work start paying off. š
I’m now selling notepads in my shop! I only have one design available at the moment, but a goal for 2024 is to add several notepads to my shop.
Every year I like to add a new product, and in 2023 it was stickers. Believe it or not, selling stickers actually turned out to be a great success.
Things I’m Loving
For Christmas, I was gifted this awesome vintage Wizard Of Oz salt and pepper shaker set! I’m obsessed. I love The Wizard of Oz and collect merchandise. Some day when we have a bigger house I hope to be able to properly display everything I have!
What’s Next
I’m making myself a brand new watercolor palette for the new year. I recently ordered the Daniel Smith dot cards to pick the most perfect colors for my style. I cannot wait for them to arrive!
I recently wrote a blog about my 2024 goals, and I really hope I can find the time to create lots of new art this upcoming year. During December I started collecting my thoughts that I have been stashing away on random pieces of paper or the back of my head and wrote a list of what I really want to create.
Abstract watercolor landscapes, more enchanted forest paintings, and floral art pieces are some of the collections I want to grow. I also want to do some more mixed media art and create some pieces with my favorite oil pastels.

I’m so excited for this new year. It will mark year #2 of being 100% self-employed. Time to get to work! š
